Beloved in Christ, there is a day called ‘THE DAY OF HIS POWER’, as the Scripture above depicts. It is the day when mortal men like you and I will walk like spirits; we shall be like missiles devastating the camp of the enemy. The Bible says the whole earth is waiting for the manifestations of the sons of God. Why? - Because the kingdom of God
IT IS TIME TO SEEK THE POWER
How shall we rule in the midst of our enemies? - Through the greatness of His power at work in us. The enemy has no respect for position, status, titles etc. Your enemy will only submit when the greatness of His power is manifested in you. So it is time to believe God for a release of His power in your life.
The great Apostle Paul said in 1 Thessalonians: 1:5; For the gospel came unto you in words only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance.
And these signs shall follow them that believe, in my name they shall cast out devils, they shall speak with new tongues (Mark 16: 17)
IT IS NOT WRONG TO SEEK THE POWER
You cannot see the power of God if you don't seek for it. Psalm 63:1-2 says - “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsted for thee in the dry and thirsty land, where no water is; to see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary".
"But ye shall receive power when the Holy Ghost is come upon you". ( Acts 1: 8)
"Behold I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Luke 10: 19)
" But as many as received Him He gave them power to become the sons of God, even to them that believed on His name" ( John 1:12)
WHAT DO WE NEED POWER FOR?
- RELEASE! It is called, 'The Lord’s Release' - Deut. 15: 1-2.
When it was time for Moses to embark on his release mission to Egypt
The only language the devil will respond to is 'FORCE' - God Himself knows this, look at what He said to Moses, (Exodus.3: 19-20) " And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no not by a mighty hand.And I will stretch out my hand, and smite Egypt with all my wonders which I will do in the midst therof: and after that he will let you go".
Brothers and Sisters in Christ, the instrument of release placed in the hand of Moses was POWER! It is time to secure this instrument. The way to freedom is to rise up and fight you have to wage war against every negative spirit.
By knowledge of the truth of who God is will build you up in courage. (Prov. 24:5)
The challenge of faith is mans alternative, it is the greatest thing that stands against faith. Your destiny is insecure without the hand of Gods power at work in your life; even Jesus could do nothing without God’s power. (Rom.
IN CONCLUSION
In the pursuit of your assignment if you don't hear from God you will struggle and eventually fail. (Ezekiel 3:22).
You can't afford to fail. You must win. That is why you need the power!
