31 WEEKS - 31 KEYS
[PART 8]
For the past 7 weeks we have been delivering ourselves from negative thought patterns and demonic mindsets. This week we are continuing our 31-week journey of serious deliverance from wrong thinking. We will continue to talk about “deliverance from failure to success; from mediocrity to greatness etc. We will eliminate mentalities of failure and adopt mentalities of success. Real deliverance from wrong thinking begins with the belief that: As a man thinks, so is he. -Proverbs 23:7. If you want to achieve your dreams in life, then begin to THINK God’s way and experience His success in every area of your life.
WEEK 8
This week we are claiming ourselves from the thoughts of unworthiness and insignificance. Though hard to admit, this mentality is often under the surface of our lives. It's a mindset that hems us into a mediocre and boring existence. It undermines our confidence and willingness to take positive risks and stretch our faith.
DARE TO CHANGE IT NOW:
STRATEGY:
1. BELIEVE THAT YOU WERE CREATED FOR A SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT. You have a destiny. Believe it. Jeremiah 1:5 says, "Before you were formed in your mother's womb, I knew you and destined you..."
2. REMIND YOURSELF OF WHAT THE HOLY SCIPTURES SAY ABOUT YOU. Do you remember the song: “You’re just too good to be true. Can’t keep my eyes off of you...” THIS IS WHAT GOD IS SAYING ABOUT YOU!!!!! Genesis 16:13a—You are the God who sees me!
3. KNOW THAT YOUR LIFE MATTERS TO GOD. You cannot go unnoticed! Luke 8:47 says, "Then, the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at His feet." You are chosen by God (Colossians 3:12).
4. REMIND YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE NOT WHAT PEOPLE SAYS YOU ARE. Jesus is coming over! Remember Zacchaeus climbing in a tree to see Jesus? (Luke 19:1-10) In verse 5: Jesus looked up and saw him and said to him, “Zacchaeus, Come down. I must stay at your house today.” He wants to come to your house today...YOU ARE THAT IMPORTANT TO HIM.
5. NEVER FORGET THIS; You are the apple of His eye. Whoever touches you, touches the apple of God’s eye. (Zechariah 2:8, Psalm 17:8) You are God’s greatest desire. That is why He sent Jesus Christ to come and die for you. (John 3:16).
SAY THIS ALOUD;
I have a destiny.
I am chosen by God.
I cannot go unnoticed by Jesus.
He sees me and recognizes me, and calls me His own.
He is coming over to my house, because He loves me and considers me significant. I reject all feelings of insignificance and unimportance.
I am the apple of His eye, in Jesus Name.
May God bless us all.
